Bringing Teacher Café™ to Your School or District

The Teacher Café Model™ is available for school-level and district-level implementation through Teacher Initiated Education Institute LLC, which owns the Teacher Café Model™ framework, licensing structure, professional development materials, implementation supports, brand standards, and fidelity resources.

Schools may begin with a single Teacher Café™ Station and expand district-wide as the model matures.

Implementation through the LLC may include Teacher Café Model™ licensing, professional development, launch support, consulting, sustainability planning, Teacher Café™ Steward guidance and manual, brand and fidelity support, selected starter-supply implementation packages when included in the contracted service package, and optional ongoing coaching.

Teacher Café Foundation™ is legally separate from Teacher Initiated Education Institute LLC. The Foundation may support Teacher Café™ Stations through charitable, mission-based pathways such as donations, grants, sponsorships, voluntary contributions, supply replenishment support, and board-approved educator-support initiatives.

Foundation-Supported Station Sustainability

During Phase 1, the Foundation supports stations through a No-Deficit Cost-Recovery Contribution Model. Teacher and staff contributions are used only to help replenish supplies and sustain each station, without creating financial obligations beyond available funds.

During Phase 2, the Foundation will expand support through a Pay-What-You-Can Model, donation campaigns, sponsorships, grants, and community-based contributions. This broader support will strengthen educator well-being while keeping Teacher Café™ Stations welcoming and accessible.

The Foundation coordinates replenishment needs, manages supply orders, and works with the designated Teacher Café™ Steward to respond to daily-use needs such as coffee, tea, snacks, cups, and other consumable supplies. The Foundation may also provide free staff care items, including feminine hygiene products, tissues, napkins, paper plates, cutlery, paper towels, hand sanitizer, hand lotion, dish liquid, sponges, and other school-approved comfort supplies.

Any medication-related or first-aid items are provided only in accordance with district policy and school nurse guidance.

To extend care beyond the station and into the classroom, the Foundation may also provide caramels for teachers to share with students, along with motivational cards designed to encourage and uplift students.

Through this work, Teacher Café Foundation™ helps schools care for educators by keeping each station stocked, sustainable, inclusive, and centered on teacher dignity, belonging, cultural responsiveness, and positive school climate.
